About Me

Overview

I am a Strategic Translator - I take a comprehensive approach to process and project issues to align strategic goals and the on-the-ground reality of process work.

I believe that a clear understanding of the strategic goal, well communicated, inspires people to commit to building a successful organization. By listening to staff at all levels, insights that might otherwise go unheard can become process and product improvements, creating an environment where everyone is excited to contribute.

I track and adjust for constraints, like operational capacity and human sustainability, because short-term gains can turn into long-term instability. Sustainability goes beyond check-boxes and single topics, to become a holistic approach to building culture.

Finally, I believe in evidence over assumptions - that everything should be treated with skepticism until it has been confirmed by other sources, or observed directly.

Experience

I’ve led, or significantly contributed to, multiple successful transitions for the 7 centers that make up Wisconsin’s 211 system, including the final integration of all centers into a single shared database, core software platform conversion. As well as shifting our office from in-person to remote work while handling ~2x contact increase and maintaining ~100% interim resource listing updates.
